Social Media Intership at Malta

The 3-star Hotel Plevna is located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Sliema. The beach promenade and the bustling city centre are within walking distance. The charming 100 room hotel offers its guests 24 hour reception, 3 lifts, main restaurant, bar, sunroof terrace, private Beach Club, two lounges, and conference room for 60 people.

As a trainee you are mainly responsible for the maintenance of the hotel’s social media accounts and its web presence. Your tasks include planning of posts, managing our website, respond to reviews, implement online marketing strategies, edit pictures, and keep track of our online presence on travel sites. You will maintain social media accounts. 

The internship should at least last 3 months up to 6 months and you can start working at any time (after consultation with our staff). Trainees should be older than 18.

The internship is unpaid, but we will provide a free and shared accommodation as well as one free meal per working day and two additional days off per month.

Studies in Communication Science, Digital Marketing or similar studies ·         High proficiency in image-editing, social media, and MS office ·         Good knowledge of English (written and oral) and preferably one or more foreign languages ·         You will be expected to show personal initiative and to be a results-oriented person who is flexible, creative, open-minded, reliable and ready to learn
