University dorms or rentals for students

We are looking for rentals to stay at during our course of internship at Pehna Longa resort. We will be staying for six months. We are three girls and three boys from good family backgrounds. None of us smoke and are well aware of the rules and regulations while staying at a dorm. We do not drink, nor do we smoke. We are representing our university in Goa, India and want to make sure that we have the security of staying in Sintra for the whole course of six months.
