Student girl looking for individual accommodation in Sienna

Looking for a single bedroom accomodation or studio from January to July 2020.
No sharing accomodation .
Studio or appartment must be nearby University of medicine in Siena and should be relatively new furnished . I don't mind last floor or rooftop apartments . Must be equiped with heating system to provide warm temp during winters .
I am mother of 2 young boys ( 6 and 8 years old) and hoping to have my family visiting me as often possible ( expecting them 2,3 times per year) .
A nice balcony or access to nearby park or garden , playgound would be preferable .
