Father of 23 year old daughter looking for safe place to stay during August language course

My daughter (23) is looking for a room during her Italian language course in August. So this is only for 1 month. Thereafter she will study Architecture in Venice for 6 months. The University is located near the Railwaystation of Siena. We have no friends or relatives in the region and don't speak Italian, so help is appreciated. Any suggestion welcome!
