32 Year old boy , single and calm , most of my time in university and library ,looking for accomodation in Siena

I am 32 years old , calm and really busy with my course , thus I won't stay around , I `d rather study at the library and just come home for sleep , also I am good cook ;) , smoke and drink occasionally, and have my instrument (Saxophone) if it wouldn't make any trouble I might rehearse sometimes but if it might be too noisy I can find other places to play it , ( negotiable) .  I prefer to have neat and  arranged flatmates , and looking for the single room .
