    Hi Amy,
Thank you for your information. I have so many question, and i was wondering if you could help me out.
    - How did you find accomodation. I don't speak chinese and i would like to rent a flat for 5 to 6 months near Shenzhen university. I was told that house renters prefer to be paid exclusively in cash and that they don't give back to 1-month deposit you gave them at first. Is it true ?
    - Also for the visa, i'm doing only one semester so they'll give me the visa F, but in order to travel outside of China i'll have to request a residence permit. Is it easy to get it ? and how much will it cost me ?
    Thank you so much :)
