LOOKING FOR A FLAT OR FLATMATES

We are two Spanish students looking for a flat, prefrably not so far from the city centre and Sheffield Hallam University; or for flatmates to share a house in Sheffield.
We are studying English Literature and we are open-minded, respectful, funny, kind...We both love travelling and nature (about me, apart from the mentioned above, I also love surfing, skating, writing, reading...); so, we are looking for people with the first 4 characteristics stated above, as we think that being open-minded, respectful, funny and kind are very important to get on well with people.
About the flat, we expect a flat not very expensive (325£), with 2 bathrooms (with showers) and a bedroom for each of the members of the house.
We will have no pets and we won't smoke inside the house
