Looking for another flatmate to find a flat with in Shanghai

- Minumum stay: 10 months
A friend (20, US) and I (21, UK) are moving to Shanghai next month as part of exchange at Fudan - we will be here from late August until the end of June 2020.
We're looking for a 3rd flatmate however we haven't started to look for flats yet as we aren't in the country yet!!
I arrive on the 24th so will begin flathunting immediately, we're aiming to find somewhere in Yangpu/near Wujiaochang/semi close to Fudan/Line 10!!
Planning on using Lianjia and contacting estate agents as soon as I'm in the country
(Preferably students around the same age)
Max rent price is per person
Move in date is hypothetical but asap really
I promise I don't use exclamation marks so liberally in normal speech but we all know we have to in posts like this lol!!
