32 yr old studying in Shanghai for a Semester, looking for accommodation near Shanghai University

Hi,
Looking for a medium to large room where I can fit a desk, double/queen bed, furnished or at least mostly furnished. I'd like a window or balcony with lots of natural light and preferably my own bathroom. I will be attending the University of Shanghai for International Business School so something in a fairly close proximity. I haven't been to Shanghai in 10 years so it would be good to live with someone that can show me around a little or at least give me some tips and advise about living in Shanghai.
