18 year old girl going to Fudan University looking for housing near campus

Hi everyone,
My name is Amber, I'm a Dutch born Chinese. I will soon be going to Shanghai for a full year Chinese language course at Fudan University. I have tried to book a dorm room on the campus of the university, but sadly this didn't work out. Now I'm trying my luck on different websites.
I'm looking for a room or apartment near the campus. My max monthly rental is about 600 euros / 670 usd / 4400 rmb. The room/apartment doesn't have to be big or pretty, just near the campus of my university. I prefer having a private room, but shared rooms are fine too! As my first semester starts August 28 2016 and the second one finishes July 31 2017, I prefer a long term rental, but shorter is ok too.
