Bilingual speakers wanted to guide tours

Hi. I run a successful tour company in the UK but I'm moving to Cadiz & setting up a similar tour business in Cadiz and with tours in Jerez and Sevilla. I am recruiting walking & cycle tour guides to work casual hours. You will need to be able to work at least 6 months minimum, to start from either spring, summer or autumn of 2018. Average tour will last from 90 to 180 minutes. Payment will start at 15 euros per 90 min tour (if only 1 client on tour) plus 5 euros extra per additional client. Popular guides can earn excellent tips too plus a 10 Euro bonus for every good TripAdvisor review. Work will be as & when clients book the tours. Ideally, I am looking for enthusiastic, extroverted & communicative persons to train up as guides. Please note that training is not provided. You must be fluent in either English, French or German.
