Looking for accomodation in the center of Seville

Hi, I'm Silvia and I'm 20 years old. I'm from a little village immersed in the Tuscan hills, called Guardistallo; but I lived half my life in Franciacorta, Lombardy. I'm studying Social Work at Pisa University and I will arrive in Seville in Semptember 2019 until July 2020; I will stay for the entire school year. I'm looking for a shared flat in the city center, near Plaza de Cuba or Puerta Jerez metro stop, in order to easily get to the UPO where I will study. If I could choose, I'd like to live with non-italian people, in order to learn Spanish in the shortest time and to make friends with people from all over the worl. I'd like to live with both young girls and boys. I've never lived alone, but I imagine a paceful, sharing, friendly coexistence; I would like to live with 'my Spanigh family', not only with stranger people.
