Italian student looking for an accomodation in Seville

I will be in Sevilla to do my master thesis and I'm looking for an accomodation possibly near to Campus Cartuja. I would like a quiet and clean accomodation with a personal space to work and sleep while kitchen and bathroom can be shared without any problem. I'm a quiet and polite boy and I will appreciate friendly room mates.
