English guy looking for a studio or shared flat in Sevilla

Hi, I have recently moved to Sevilla to work as an Auxiliar de Conversación in a school in Nervión. I am therefore looking for either a studio or a shared appartment within walking distance of Nervión. I dont smoke or have any pets. Preferably flatmates will be clean and tidy and not too noisy, can be male or female. As I am here to improve my Spanish I would like to live with others who speak Spanish too (either erasmus students or natives) and I would also offer for them to practice their English if they wish.
