Chico italiano de 20 años, no fumador, busca piso en Sevilla

Hola, soy un chico italiano, tengo 20 años y estudio ciencias economicas en la universidad de Florencia. Estoy buscando un apartamiento/habitaciòn en Sevilla preferiblemente cerca de la facultad de Ciencias Econòmicas y Empresariales desde Septiembre hasta Enero (max 270€ facturas incluidas). No fumo y quiero un ambiente donde se puede estudiar y también divertirse.

Hi, I'm an Italian student, I'm 20 years old and I'm attending the faculty of economic science in the University of Florence. I'm looking for a flat or a single room in Sevilla, preferably near the faculty of Ciencias Econòmicas y Empresariales, from September to January (max 270€ bills included). I don't smoke and I would like an environment where is possible to study but also to have fun.
