24 year old girl looking for accommodation in Sevilla for 8 months

Hello, potential-future roomies! :) I will be moving to Sevilla, Spain, as part of the Language & Culture Assistants program funded by the Ministry of Education for a duration of 8 months from September-June. I will be arriving sometime around the last week of September to hunt around for an apartment and get situated in the city, and I anticipate to be back home the first week of June. I'm 24 years old, born and raised in San Diego, California, but my family is from Tijuana, Mexico, so I am Mexican-American and speak conversational Spanish, but I could definitely improve my Spanish! I graduated from San Diego State Univesity, and this would be my third time traveling to Spain and my second time living in Spain. The first was in Barcelona through an exchange program in 2011, and I also traveled throughout Spain summer 2012 with family. I have been to Seville once before, but only stayed there for a weekend, so I'm excited to be back and get to know the city more intimately! I am a really calm, clean and social person, so I'd definitely want a few roommates who are similar in cleanliness. I play the guitar, so you'll probably hear me singing and playing from time to time, I love to read, cook; I'm a huge foodie and movie buff, and spend time outdoors exploring. I'm not much of a party-girl, but I do love a night out in the town, and I enjoy live music and dancing. I'm looking for roomates that are similar in age, but I do not have a preference for female or male, american, european, or sexual orientation. I am okay with pets (cats are fine), but I prefer non-smokers. I'm a very open-minded person, so the more of a mixture of interests, the better learning experience for us all! One thing in particular that I am, however, looking for in the place itself is a WiFi connection already installed, washer/dryer, heat/ac.
