20 yo girl, looking for accommodation and housemates for the next coming fall semester 20/21

The accommodation must be really clean and airy, in the city center or right next to the center, so the access to transportation will be much easier. Also, I smoke, so I hope my housemates will have no problem with that. And finally, it would be really the best of luck if my housemates were english or french speakers.
