20 year old student from England that has secured a internship in Séville for 6 months and is looking for accomodation

I am a 20 year old English speaking student from England that has just secured a 6 month internship with a company called Glampinghub. I will be in Spain for 6 months and would like an accommodation that has all the amenities I need as I will not be able to bring everything with me!
The accommodation should also be tidy, clean and affordable! I would also preferably like to share with someone else who speaks English if it is a shared accommodation as my Spanish is very limited!
