20 year old girl studying abroad from the US, looking for somewhere to live in Seville next semester spring 2020

Hey! My name is Audrey and I am from the state of Iowa in the United States. I am currently a college student studying nutritional science pre-dental and recently decided to study abroad next semester (Spring 2020) in Seville, Spain. My program dates are January to May and I need a place to stay that is clean, safe, airconditioned (if possible), and within walking distance to resteraunts and stores. I prefer to be close to the city center if possible! In high school I took 4 years of Spanish courses but have not spoke it since, so I will definitely need to take some Spanish courses while there. My first language is English but I  am open to rooming with someone that may not be fluent in English.

I love to talk to people (partly why I would like to become a dentist) and would say that I'm  an outgoing and friendly person. I am super excited for next semester to travel most weekends and meet new people! I like to go shopping, go out some nights, watch Netflix, and bake.
