I am a 19 year old girl, looking for accommodation in Setubal,with a group of my 3 friends

I am a 19 year old girl, currently living in Dublin, Ireland. I attend Dundalk Institute of Technolgy and I am planning on studying abroad in Setubal Portugal as part of my 3rd year Erasmus scheme.I will be looking for accomodation that is fully equipped for 4 responsible students , 2 girls and 2 boys. We will be looking for a private bathroom, a washer, internet, kitchen utensils, television, air conditioning and if possible 4 separate bedrooms. Our maximum price is 300 per person.
