Looking for roommate starting Nov

Hi, I am a Korean, a working professional living with two dogs. I am planning to move to Seoul next month and find a place to rent. Location will preferably as near as the center of Seoul, but affordability of rent will also be considered. Anyone interested, contact me. We can discuss more detail.

I am a quiet, clean and hard working person, spending most of the time in my room studying, working or taking care of my dogs. I make korean food sometimes, but usually prefer to buy meal to save time.  I don't like hanging out, travelling, partying nor socializing. I have been living in Canada for 1 year, but I will return to Korea next month. I was a java web developer before I moved to Canada, probably will be working in the same field and continue persuing bachelors in Mathematics once I return. 

I am a very economical&practical person. If you expect good place with decent looking accomodation, sorry. I will find very economical but safe place. At first, your room will not be furnished at all, but I will help you get furniture and items for your living.  Shared rent cost probably will not be higher than average.

I am looking for a trustworhty, quiet and clean person. If you can help me with english language practice, it will be a great  help for me.
