Looking for an accommodation and/or a roommate!

Hi!
I am a Korean currently studying in the UK, planning to return to Korea in August. My exact moving date is flexible, and I have no strong preferences regarding minor details.
I am looking for a room in central Seoul, with a priority on easy access to transportation. My budget is approximately $750 USD (around 1,000,000 KRW).
In terms of a roommate, I am open to living with a female in their 20s or 30s. The number of roommates is not a concern for me. I'm quite organized and consider myself easy-going and sociable. I am also willing to assist anyone new to Korea in adapting to the area and meeting new people.
