female, looking for housemate at the center of Seoul

Hi, I’m Julie working and studying as a Master-course researcher in Korea. I speak English, Korean fluently but also French and Japanese a little bit. I am looking for a female flatmate here at my apartment. It is just built and located in Yongsan which is the center and simbol of Seoul - three subway stations is just around the house in 3-5 mins on foot and you can go very easily anywhere in Seoul. 

The apartment is very new and clean with two bed rooms, a kitchen, and one bathroom equipped shower booth. 

I am quite but creative and fun person. I want to share my flat offering an independent bed room. All the bed rooms have wide window with the great view of Seoul. On the top of the building I can tell you it has a tremendous 360 view with all the landmarks in Seoul(Namsan tower, Seoul station, Lotte tower, Mountain Bukak, Mountain Bukhan, Han river, Yeouido, Yongsan station, HYBE, etc.).

The house is amazing but I feel like I cannot afford rent fee alone so I am looking for housemate.
