27 year old girl looking for accommodation in Seoul.

I would like an apartment with a private bathroom. Furnished, as I will be staying for 6 months. I will be studying at Sogang university, so anything near the university would be preferable. 

Airconditioning for the summer months would also be very nice, but isn't a dealbreaker. A lock on the door is a dealbreaker though. Security is most important, after all. 

I will be studying Korean, so English speaking fellow residents isn't a requirement. I speak four languages (including Korean), and wouldn't mind speaking Korean to help practice. No better way than to practice.
