What is it like to live in Seoul? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

You can feel how advanced the country has been since the independence. I would absolutely recommend people to live in this awesome city. Though the weather is not so good and the price level is almost the same as Tokyo, Japan(That means a little bit high), the city will give you a lot of fun experience. The capital city of South Korea have plenty of amazing structures and nice people.

What is the student lifestyle like in Seoul?

Students in Seoul live normally and usually study or do some works on weekdays. But on Fridays and weekends, they enjoy nightlife near their universities and big streets. And sometimes they go to clubs located in Gangnam and Hongdae. A lot of beautiful and handsome people are drinking and dancing in those places.

How much does it cost to live in Seoul?

I think it depends on people. I can tell you 500000KRW will be enough for living. The problem is the rent. There are some kinds of different system when it comes to houses. Normally, 450000 KRW is the average cost I think.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Seoul? Is there any advice you can give?

In my opinion, there aren't still many hostels or guest houses. But you can find some motels around the city. And I am not sure but there must be some hostels near Myeongdong.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

There are a lot of foods in this country. They are very different from the western style. So people will feel that they are very awesome. My recommendation is to try Kimchi and Bulgogi which are traditional foods. And also, several kinds of soup are good to eat.

What places would you recommend visiting in Seoul?

I would recommend you to go to 5 palaces in this city. And for fashion people, it is great to go to Dongdaemun. And if you want to feel something metropolitan like Champs-Elysees in Paris, Gangnam is the perfect place to visit.

Is it good to eat out in Seoul? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

5 old palaces locate in the heart of the city called Jongno. You can see traditional things along the streets and find unique restaurants, too.

Is the nightlife good in Seoul? Where is good to go?

I can assure you that the night is totally safe everywhere in this city. And there are a lot of clubs and bars around Seoul. I think Hongdae and Gangnam (the title of the singer PSY) will be great places to enjoy nightlife.

What advice would you give future students heading to Seoul?

I don't want to tell you a lot of things but you should try things for yourself in this OLD and NEW city. Come to Korea, and you will get some rare experience different from other countries.
