Single student looking for a room in Schweinfurt

I'm a student and worker from Guatemala looking for a small room with only the necessary services like water, light, internet, calefaction, etc. I'm going to study at the University of Applied Sciences at Schweinfurt and because of that, I'm interested in a contract equal to the time my course of study lasts which is about 3 years and a half.
I'm planning to use a bicycle to move around the city so I would like to know which is the distance from the floor to the campus.
