We are looking for an Associate Consultant for our office in Brazil.

Profile

The ideal profile should display the following characteristics:

• Excellent academic background and advanced Microsoft Office package knowledge.

• · International profile with fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish will be a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.

• · Teamwork, interpersonal and good communication skills.
• · Commitment to high standards, core values and ability to cope with pressure and prioritize effectively.

• Strong client orientation.

 

Responsibilities

The Associate Consultant will be handling projects in diverse locations, assisting with search and team alignment assignments, working closely with both consultants and partners and  reporting to the Brazil office Director.

Strong both written and spoken skills in Portuguese and English, will be used daily.  Other languages, particularly Spanish, will be positively valued. The candidate is also expected to display a high level of initiative and be a committed team player. Main tasks will involve:

•             Analyzing companies and sectors.

•             Managing the knowledge of the firm.

•             Identification and evaluation of candidates.

•             Elaborating reports and further documents.

 

Compensation
