25 year old student from Italy looking for an accomodation in Sao Paulo not far from USP

My name's Lorenzo, I'm an italian student searching for an accomodation in Sao Paulo from the end of July/beginning of August until december 2018. I'm looking for both single and shared rooms. Possibly between 200 and 250euro. Butanta and Republica they told me are good locations. I will be enrolled for the second semester at Universidade de Sao Paulo, I'm studying International Relations at Università di Napoli "L'Orientale". It won't be my first time in Brazil, but I only can speak a little portuguese. I'm really looking forward to improve it on ground. I like to cook, read, discover new cities/languages/cultures, nature, music and cinema. I'm used to share room and apartments with other people.
