21 year old looking for accommodation in São Paulo

Hi! I am a 21 years old physics student from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá. I will be moving to Brazil in February 2019 to begin a double master's program. The first part of my program will last 6 months. I will then move to Canada for a year after which I will come back to Brazil for another 6 months. If I like the place and there is availability, I would love to move back during my second stay!  I will be going to the IFT-UNESP, which means I would like to be within walking distance or a short metro ride of Barra Funda.

I am a very easy going young man who spends most of his time studying. Therefore I prefer quiet and calm spaces. Due to my work, I need to have an active internet connection. I am also very clean, both in the bathroom and the kitchen, and would prefer to live with people that felt the same way. Finally, I am very friendly and would like to get a place where visitors and small gatherings are allowed during the weekends. 

As far as rommates go, I do not know how to speak portuguese but I would prefer portuguese speaking rommates. This is simply because I really want to take this opportunity to learn the language! I am looking to make friends and a nice little home where we can all feel welcome!
