20 year-old Belgian Erasmus student in Management is looking for a flat to share in the center of SANTANDER from 15 September to

Hello everyone, I am a Belgian student in Management and I am coming to Santander (UNICAN) for my Erasmus. Of course, I want it to be unforgettable and so, I want to find Spanish or Erasmus students to share a flat with me, from the 15th September 2015 to the 15th February 2016. I am sociable, friendly and I like to party, but I am also a good student. I want to enjoy my stay with friendly roommates who will help me discover the town, the monuments and the nightlife.
I speak English easily and my Spanish is medium, so I really want to be able to learn how to speak Spanish well with local students.
I am looking for a well-spotted flat (in the centre, near Calle Santa Lucia, for exemple), ample and modern. I am ready to pay around 350€-400€ max.
