How much does it cost to live in Santafé de Bogotá?

Well, Bogotá is a really big city. You could live ok with 400 euros (incluiding nightlife and with out accommodation), but it depends off course on what you want. For example if you want to eat at fine restaurants, if you want to use taxi as preferred transport and want a good nightlife you'll be fine with 600-700 euros.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Santafé de Bogotá? Is there any advice you can give?

There are plenty of rooms in Bogotá, but you should be aware of the zone. You just have to google it.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

As all of my previous responses, there are a lot of different food in Bogotá. You can find really good restaurants at "Zona G", "Zona T", "Parque de la 93", but you should check prices before you go.
