As a graduate student,I am looking for a flat or one bedroom studio in San Sebastian

I will start my Masters studies in the faculty of Informatics in the University of Basque Country in San Sebastian from the end of September 2015 to the end of june 2016. I am looking for a place which might be close to my University and having a good public transport connections in a quiet family environment. It should be furnished and preferably all inclusive. The heating should work very well. It should be good for a family. Upon seeing the place in person, I will make the last decision on it.
