24 years old recommended erasmus student's looking a single room in a shared flat with internationals, located in Gros

Hi to everybody, I am Michele D'Urso frome avellino, Italy, and I just came here in San Sebastian. In details, I am a 10 months erasmus student and I am going to be here for a full academic year 2015/2016 from september to june. I am looking for a single room in a shared flat with other student, possibly international student thereby learning the spanish in the best way possible. I do not have preference of gender in terms of flatmate. anyway I would like to share a flat with guys who are 22/30 years old more or less but it's not a constraint though. My university is Escuela empresales in UPV campus, nevertheless I prefer to take a flat in the downtown, parte vieja, gross, centro. The room should be bright, with a desk to study and a closet, that's it! the flat mush have a adequate kitchen entirely equipped, and a big living room where to spend good time. If all the requirements above are met I am willing to pay about 350/400. Furthermore, I am a recommended stundent with years of experience in living in a shered flat with unkown people far from my family. so I can clean, cook, and do other housekeeping.
