20 year old boy with no pets, looking for full year accomodation in san sebastian close to UD campus

I'm a very tidy and organised person who is just looking for a place to stay close to the UD campus in San Sebastian. I would prefer an accomodation with a private bathroom, but am open to any possible options. In terms of roommates, I am just looking for someone who is also tidy and hygienic, i don't mind if you invite friends over or have parties, just so long as we can communicate and get along :D
