Job Summary

We are looking for tutors to teach English in Italy (from Rome northwards) in our day camps for Italian children aged 7-14.
The camps run for 2-4 weeks. Our tutors teach in an interactive and fun way through games,
songs, activities, etc. 
Please note all tutors must hold a valid EU passport.

Details of Position

Lingue Senza Frontiere S.r.l. is an Italian company that teaches English through Theatre In Education (T.I.E.) and organises English Summer Camps throughout Italy from early June to September. Our team has been working with hundreds of schools and thousands of participants over the years.
We are looking for tutors to teach English all over Italy in our day camps for Italian children aged 7-14.
The camps run for 2-4 weeks. Our tutors teach in an interactive and fun way through games,
songs, activities, etc selected candidates will benefit from an online training course organised by our experienced staff, plus an onsite 4-day free training course here in Sanremo which is an
introduction to TEFL Orientation Course. The Camp programme and the didactic materials
are provided by us. English fluency and a bubbly personality are required, as well as a genuine interest in working with children. Italian is not required but can be useful. 
This is a once in a lifetime experience which will help you making new long lasting friendships and living in Italy as an Italian.

Qualifications

Preference is given to candidates:
with a TEFL / TESOL certificate or equivalent and/or relevant experience. 
We also require:
flexibility, punctuality, tidiness, enthusiasm, creativity, leadership ability, teaching skills and management of outdoor activities. Besides a fantastic professional experience, this is a unique opportunity to boost your CV.

Salary and Benefits

450 Euro per each two-week camp. Free training course, food and accommodation during training and throughout your whole experience in Italy, transfers to, from and between all camps are provided by the company.
You will learn whilst teaching and also be able to apply all your theoretical knowledge about
teaching English to foreign students, we will guide you from theory to practise on this
amazing adventure!
In particular case, some schools may even award you University credits for teaching at our
summer camps. It goes without saying that this is a unique opportunity to enhance your
knowledge of classroom teaching and your organisational skills whilst working with children
and increasing your teaching confidence.
