26 year of student from India, looking for accommodation near UTN SanRafael

Hello,
My self 26 year old student from Germany. I am on an exchange program for the second semester at UTN San Rafael. Me and my friend would like to get accomodation near UTN by March 2020.
We do not smoke and do not have any pets. We cook food ourself. We prefer to get an accomodation not more than 250 euro per person.
Our nationality is Indian. We speak English, Hindi, Malayalam and Little Spanish. We are currently doing our Master's degree in Germany.
