Welcome to the forum for Erasmus Salamanca 2011 / 2012!

I (and a friend/schoolmate girl) will be in Salamanca as of September 2011 and we are looking for a place to live (neighbourhood : historico)-We are visiting Salamanca this coming weekend 19-20-21/08. It would be great to see some rooms and hopefully find something. So if anyone wousl have somethign to offer and show ?

Hello, I am looking for a flatmate girl or boy in Salamanca. (There are two vacant rooms)

About the flat:

- It's very new and fully furnished.
- With elevator.
- 3 bedrooms.
- 1 balcony in the living room.
- 1 terrace in the kitchen.
- Large kitchen.
- Dishwasher.
- Oven.
- Microwave.
- TV.
- Contains cooking utensils such as kettle, blender, coffee maker, etc..
- Two bathrooms (one with shower and one with whirlpool bath).
- All rooms have exterior window so it is very bright.
- All beds contain comforter and protector.
- Located in C / Federico de Onis, No. 14. Along with Filiberto Villalobos roundabout (near the bus station and the university campus).

¡Hola! Este anuncio va dirigido a todas las CHICAS HABLANTES NATIVAS DE INGLÉS (no importa de dónde seáis) o a cualquier otra chica.

Somos una pareja de estudiantes de 21 años de edad, y ALQUILAMOS UNA AMPLIA HABITACIÓN, MÁS SALÓN, en nuestro piso. El piso consta de cocina y baño (compartido), más 2 salones y 2 habitaciones, por eso es que alquilemos 1 habitación conectada a 1 salón.

El PRECIO es de 600€/MES ¡¡TODO INCLUIDO!! Es decir:

1. HABITACIÓN CON TODO LO NECESARIO (sábanas nuevas -verano e invierno-, manta, edredón con su funda, almohada, lámpara de noche, lámpara para estudiar, corcho para la pared, varias regletas de enchufes -la mayoría para enchufes ingleses-, perchas, sillas, papelera, etc)

2. SALÓN EQUIPADO (mueble de salón, TV con TDT, sillas, sofá -es una cama que puede usarse como sofá-, otro armario y otra mesita de noche, etc)

3. BAÑO (-compartido- toallas nuevas individuales, alfombra de baño nueva, cortina de baño nueva, jabón, gel de ducha, papel wc, lavadora, etc)

4. COCINA (-compartida- nevera y congelador grandes, microhondas, vitroceramica, plancha eléctrica, sandwichera, batidora, sartenes nuevas, cacerolas nuevas, platos nuevos, cubiertos nuevos, vasos nuevos, bandejas, plancha y tabla de planchar, todo lo necesario para la limpieza, etc).

Además hay otro salón en el piso que también puedes usar compartido con nosotros dos sin ningún problema.

En el PRECIO SE INCLUYEN las FACTURAS de LUZ, GAS, AGUA, BASURA, INTERNET.
(La comida no está incluida aunque se puede llegar a un acuerdo ;) , todo lo demás SÍ)

Ahora vamos a lo mejor, el piso está situado en PLENO CORAZÓN DE LAS TAPAS, PINCHOS, CAÑAS,... en la ¡Calle VAN DYCK! La mejor zona de ''Tapeo'' Salmantina. Además, está a 2min de El Corte Inglés, cerca del centro, del cine, de supermercados, etc. Y no hay ningún problema con el ruido porque el piso tiene ventanas Climalix doble nuevas que lo cierran sin dejar pasar ni un murmullo.

Otra cosa importante es que: BUSCAMOS a una CHICA, NO FUMADORA, LIMPIA, RESPONSABLE, y que quiera CONOCER Y DISFRUTAR DE SALAMANCA (y España en general) en todos sus aspectos. :)

Viviendo con nosotros encontrarás la comodidad, el respeto, el apoyo y la convivencia de vivir como en una familia, a la vez de disfrutar de tu propio espacio, amplio, tranquilo, y provisto de todo lo necesario (para no tener que malgastar el dinero en cosas que después no vas a poder llevar a tu casa). Y lo más importante es que APRENDERÁS o mejorarás tu ESPAÑOL de una forma fácil, cotidiana y divertida ¡sin lugar a dudas!

Te ayudaremos sin ningún problema a todo lo que necesites; salir de fiesta ;P , conocer gente, viajar, conocer Salamanca y alrededores, etc. Todo esto es de gran ayuda, lo digo por propia experiencia, el año pasado estuve de Erasmus en Inglaterra y me hubiese gustado encontrar algo así :)

He encontrado una página en la cual explica que a través de una tarjeta tienes DESCUENTOS en mucho lugares...BARES DE COPAS, DISCOTECAS, RESTAURANTES, TIENDAS,etc. También organizan fiestas...Se llama Negrocio, la verdad es que la web está muy bien y por lo visto las copas que valen 6€ con la tarjeta valen 4€.
La tarjeta dicen que vale 10€. Cuando llegue a Salamanca buscaré para comprarla, siempre es bueno ahorrar jejejej

Yo estuve en Londres hace tiempo y había algo parecido, la TasteCard, funcionaba muy bien :) Si esto es igual en Salamanca será INCREÍBLE.

Se alquila habitación a Erasmus en pleno centro de Salamanca. El piso está compartido por dos chicos y una chica, todos españoles. El piso es muy amplio y luminoso ya que se trata de un ático con terraza muy amplia. El precio son 200 euros/mes en que se incluye calefacción. Luz, agua e internet a parte (entre 25-35 euros/mes). El ambiente del piso es muy bueno y somos todos estudiantes. Hablamos inglés, español e italiano. La habitación está disponible a partir del 1 de marzo hasta el 30 de junio.
