21 year old exchange student, looking for a Studio for one semester

I am a student at the German Jordanian University in Amman, Jordan. And I am coming for an exchange semester to HTW Saar starting September till February. I am a female, 21 years old. I speak Arabic, English , French and German .I am looking for a 1 Room flat (studio) to be furnished, has WLAN , cable and preferably a dishwasher. And close to the HTW Saar.
