What is it like to live in 'S-Hertogenbosch? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
The city feels really nice and quiet but has everything you need from stores to restaurants. Its not so big so everything is doable by bike.
What is the student lifestyle like in 'S-Hertogenbosch?
For a student the city is not expensive you can rent a room for a fair price. There ar lots of bars to go and get a drink afterschool.
How much does it cost to live in 'S-Hertogenbosch?
For dutch city's it's really cheap. You wont pay as much on your rent. But drinks and food are expensive.
Is it difficult to find accommodation in 'S-Hertogenbosch? Is there any advice you can give?
Its not difficult there are lots of offers. You have some houses envelebol but most of used are student apartments in big student flats.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
The food is great we got our on style of food we call Bourgondisch. Most of the food comes from the erea. But you can also go for Italian spanish or basically every other kind of restaurant.
What places would you recommend visiting in 'S-Hertogenbosch?
The sint Jan's cathedral is raally beautiful. If you can come check out carnival in February its one of the biggest partys in holland. I also really recomend taking walks in our beautiful dutch polders at the edge of the city.
Is it good to eat out in 'S-Hertogenbosch? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
My favourite places to eat out are the karrenstraat and the korten put straat. These are full of great places to eat.
Is the nightlife good in 'S-Hertogenbosch? Where is good to go?
The center around the sint Jan's cathedral is really good for going out with lots of bars. There are some good ones behind the markt and you got great big partys at the brabant hallen.
What advice would you give future students heading to 'S-Hertogenbosch?
Go here if you dont want to live in a city thats super big. Altough it has everything, it feels like your stil living in a big village instead of a city its really nice.
