PhD internship student looking for a room for three months

I´ll do my PhD internship at Erasmus Medical Center very soon (Sept 19 - Dec 17). I´m from Colombia so I´m looking for a private room near university, with possibility of kitchen and wash machine use, and all bills included. I´m a very quiet but friendly person, and also very organized. As I need to study a lot, it´s very important for me to find a quiet place and would rather student roomates.
