Masters student looking for a roomate

Hi guys.
I'm an international masters student at the Erasmus University. I will stay for minimum 1 year in the Netherlands. I need an accomodation near the Erasmus University and I'm looking for a roommate. What I am looking for in a roommate is that he is not noisy and that he respects the rules. Everything else is more or less irrelevant.
On the other hand I am communicative, open minded, helpful, respectful, friendly and easy going. Basically I like meeting new peope, that's why I chose to look for a roommate I have lived before with other people, so I can understand that people have different needs and behaviors.
