Looking for a *student* room

I’m a Bulgarian girl, 19, going to be a first year Bachelor of IBM at Rotterdam Hogeschool. In my free time I read books and workout at the gym. I’m really quiet and sleep a lot but when I’m with my friends I become outgoing and have fun. In Bulgaria I have 5 cats but sadly I’m not going to take any of them to the Netherlands, so if there is any kind of pets in the house I'd love it.

I want the room to be private but the kitchen and toilet can be shared. I'd love to be on the highest floor possible. I want to have a lock on the door, preferably a double bed, but single would be okay too. The room should be 10 m2 or more. Large windows, laminated floor and furniture such as desk, chair, wardrobe and cabinet would be perfect. Females only or mixed.
