Looking for a 2 BEDROOM flat close to Uni

Dear Sir or Madam,

a friend and I are going to start our study at the Erasmus School of Economics this august. We are two German high school graduates (18 years old) who both have achieved final grades within the top 5% of our school. Moreover, we are two determined Hockey players and hence we are non-smokers. As in Hockey, we are also determined in our studies. We have been accepted for an intense study programme (the Bsc^2 programme), which is known to permit its students very little spare time. 

We hope to find an apartment suitable for two people close to the university where we could at least stay for the first two semesters. Therefore, we would like to enter the apartment in September and hope on being able to stay until at least 22ndJuly as the 2ndsemester terminates then.
