International Student looking for Apart. / Studio / Flat! Alone or Share (Close to Centrum)

Hello!
I’m a second year student at EHL in Lausanne (Switz.) studying hospitality and I’m about to undertake an 6month internship at Rotterdam (Centrum). I start work on the 1stof February and finish by the 1stof August, (with a couple days give or take to pack up and leave and so forth).
I’m a guy, 24 years old from Switzerland, Hong Kong and New Zealand. I'm an easy housemate, I don't smoke, not messy at all and easy to get along with. Don't mind my picture, I'm not always like that haha =P It was for a performance
I'm looking for a flat /apartment/studio under 500ish Euro's per month that's close to Centrum (10-15mins by bike). Please let me know if you have one! Pretty open minded to what you have as long as it's not dilapidated etc.!
