Erasmus University MBA Candidate looking for accommodation in Rotterdam

My name is Maru, and I am from Mexico City. I will be studying an MBA next  year at Erasmus University, and I am looking for a place to live. I would prefer to live in a shared flat close to Erasmus University with people more or less my age. I do not mind having pets; I love dogs. I would like to live in a place where I can study in peace, but also where I can spend a good time with my roommates and enjoy everything the city has to offer from museums to nightlife. I am very tolerant and I would not mind if my roommates have guests or parties; the only thing is I would like to leave in a clean place where everybody participates in the house duties.
