26 years old guy, looking for accommodation in Rotterdam.

Hi, my name is Luca Cappello, 
i'm searching for a 6 months room from April 1st until September 30. I will be in Rotterdam for an Internship and i need to find a place to live. (If you have different availability dates, please let's talk about it, i could be flexible) 
I am a 26 y.o. Italian student, i lived 3 years with other housemates, so i am able to clean, cook and live in peace with everyone, but i also love to have fun with friends :)
The best position for a room should be near Delfshaven discrict, because i need to take the waterbus in St. Jobshaven stop. Rooms near Zuidplein station or Erasmusbrug are also suitable.
My budget is between 300-490€ including bills. I don't have special needs, only registration is important.
I arrived in Rotterdam on March 28 and i will start to work on April 3rd, so I would like to arrange a viewing for any room as soon as possible after my arrival.
