25 year old girl, living in Rotterdam for two years. I am a student and I have a part time job.

Hi,

My name is Alice Lucchinelli. I've been living in Rotterdam for two years now. I am a student at Willem De Kooning Academy, I'm doing the BA in photography, I am at my second year. I also work part time at the cafeteria of the school. 

I'm looking for a studio around 700€ with the possibility of requesting huurtoeslagen. I'm living in Oude-Charlois at the moment, I really like the area, but I'd like also to move in a different part of the city. The studio should be maximum 20/25 mins from Blaak by bike, and if there's transportation nearby that would be ideally.

About myself, I am originally from Italy, Tuscany, but I've lived abroad since I was 18, I lived in Amsterdam, USA and London before chosing Rotterdam as home. I'm very responsable person and also very indipendent. I've lived for the past two years with amazing friends, but our house now is going to be sold, so we have to move out before September, that's why I want to go for my own space, since I have a stable job and I feel is the moment for me to get my own place.
