24 year old student (m), looking for first accomodation in Rotterdam near Kralingen (Rotterdam business school)

Hi,

I am an organized, tidy, and quiet student about to attend Rotterdam Business School.

I grew up in Germany (fluent in German) and have lived in the United States for the past 5 years. 

I am active and like to play sports, I am outgoing and social but need my privacy as well. 

I like to cook (more experimental than professional) and I would need to move in last week of August to get settled. 

I can work with all kinds of people, I am very open-minded and do not have many expectations since this will be my first apartment.

From other roomates  I expect a respectful and communicative behaviour with one another, so that we can be on the same page regarding cleaning or purchase of commonly used items.
