23 year old master-student looking for accomodation in Rotterdam

Hey there! My name is Renee Pothof and I'm 23 years old. This year I'm starting my Master Cultural Economics and Entrepreneurship in Rotterdam and I am still looking for an accomodation. 
About myself: I'm a 23 year-old Dutch female and I have lived in and close to Groningen my whole life, accept for a three-month period in Barcelona. I speak Dutch and English and a little bit German and Spanish. I have played handball my whole life and want to continue doing so in Rotterdam. I love both reading books on my own and going out for drinks with friends. I am tidy yet a bit chaotic, and (according to my friends) fun to hang out with. 
About what I'm looking for: I prefer a room of 20+ square meters, for max €450 incl per month. A studio/ appartment for which I can get rent benefit (huurtoeslag) would also be perfect! I prefer the accomodation to be around the Erasmus University and/or the city center.
