21 year old, full academic year exchange student looking for a place

Hi everyone! My name is Yusuf and I'm from Turkey. I will be law a exchange student at EUR for the 2018-2019 educational year. Regardless of the fact that I will stay at least 10 months, I am ok with staying other students who will stay till' Februrary. This is because I don't want to sign 12 months fixed contract as I don't want to stuck into Rotterdam after July so that I can travel around Europe.
Well, I am looking for a clean, cozy and a place that is max 10-15 cycling minutes away from the Woedstein Campus. I am an outgoing and well-adjusted person that loves to travel and photography. Also I do have a cat that I can't take with me. :/ So any place with pets is more than ok for me :) My budget is max 600-650 euros btw.
